Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (all 50 states), Mexico, and Canada.

Shipping cost: Free shipping to all US addresses. $4 flat-rate to Mexico and Canada.

Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days. About 80% of orders ship within 3 days of being placed.

Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days for the United States. 5 to 12 business days for Mexico and Canada. Times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier capacity, and customs clearance for international orders.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once a label is created. If your order ships to an incorrect address you provided, return shipping fees may apply.

Lost or stuck shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please email us at support@stadiumsafekids.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the contents and email us within 7 days at support@stadiumsafekids.com. We will arrange a free replacement.

World Cup 2026 note: Order at least 14 days before any event you plan to attend to allow buffer time for processing and delivery. Carrier networks can be strained during major event windows in host cities (NY/NJ, LA, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia, Kansas City, San Francisco, plus Toronto, Vancouver, CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey).
