Return window. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your StadiumSafe™ tracker to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all accessories, the original packaging, and any tags or seals still attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to start a return. Email us at support@stadiumsafekids.com with your order number. We'll review the request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.


Non-returnable items. Used trackers that have been activated and paired (where the CR2032 battery seal has been broken) can be returned only if defective. Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just email us before sending anything back.


Exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
